About the role:

As a supervisor in our kitchen, you are responsible for daily operations and ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to quality standards.


You oversee the process from preparation to serving and ensure that the kitchen remains clean, organized, and safe.


You coordinate, plan, and organize daily kitchen activities, including managing the kitchen team and monitoring progress.

Additionally, you train and guide colleagues to improve quality and efficiency within the team. Through your craftsmanship and eye for detail, you contribute to an excellent guest experience and successful operational execution.What will you do:

  • You ensure that the kitchen runs efficiently and that all dishes meet the set quality standards. Furthermore, you are responsible for:
  • Coordinating, planning, and managing daily kitchen operations and correcting deviations.
  • Independently preparing dishes according to agreed guidelines and recipes.
  • Train and guide the kitchen team to improve their skills and performance.
  • Ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with HACCP guidelines and maintenance requirements.
  • Managing kitchen stock and checking invoices and deliveries.

You are a passionate and structured cook who enjoys a dynamic work environment and knows how to get the best out of the team. You are stress-resistant, work accurately, and have an eye for quality. Furthermore, you possess:


- An MBO (intermediate vocational education) working and thinking level with experience in a kitchen

- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and experience complying with health and

safety regulations.

  • Willing to work in the evenings, on weekends, or on public holidays
