The Floridian Club, North Naples’ premier beach club, is looking for a Kitchen Supervisor /Lead Cook to join our team. We’re seeking someone with experience on all line stations, who thrives under pressure, brings a can‑do attitude, and works well with others. A positive disposition and strong teamwork skills are a must.
We offer a great work environment with a fun, close‑knit, family‑style atmosphere and a flexible schedule. Best of all, the kitchen closes at 7:30 pm, so no late nights required.

Responsibilities
  • Daily line check making sure stations are prepared for success
  • Provide consistent and prompt menu execution
  • Participate in weekly menu planning
  • Ordering Seafood, produce, and restaurant supplies
  • Organize and stock deliveries
  • Ability to cook breakfast, lunch, and Dinner
  • Ability to work all stations on the line
  • Manage and Train kitchen staff
  • Help complete accurate inventory counts
  • Maintain food cost %
  • Maintain and comply with all Food safety requirements
  • Keep a clean organized kitchen
  • Communicate directly with Chef and FOH managers
