EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or lead cook role (restaurant or food service).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Passion for Mexican food and hospitality.
  • A background in restaurant work will be highly regarded as it demonstrates your capability to lead in a fast-paced environment.

  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff and activities.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
  • Ensure smooth operations during service (dine-in, takeout, catering).
  • Train, support, and motivate kitchen team members.
  • Monitor inventory, manage waste, and assist with ordering supplies.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health regulations.
  • Support chefs with food preparation when required.
