Requirements Responsibilities: Manage our BOH employees Work closely with the Kitchen Manager Creating schedules Manage labor, food costs and receive inventory Organize and clean kitchen Wash, prepare, and cut fresh produce Execute recipes using various machines and utensils from mixers to choppers and food processors to knives, spatulas and whisks Cook food over hot flame equipment in a timely and excellent manner Maintain work area in clean and safe way Use of deep fryer Qualifications: Able to speak primary language of the kitchen Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds Must work with sense of urgency Must have a positive attitude Able to effectively problem solve able to effectively problem solve Able to meet deadline Able to analyze information
Responsibilities
