Factor_, a HelloFresh brand, is looking for you as a Kitchen Supervisor (m/f/d). As a Kitchen Supervisor (m/f/d), you are the important interface between our Production Associates and the Kitchen Area Manager. You will support the smooth running of your kitchen department, ensure compliance with processes and standards, and make sure that your team has the best possible conditions for efficient and safe work. With your eye for detail, strong communication skills, and hands-on mentality, you will make a decisive contribution to the success of our daily production. You will.. You will support the smooth operation of a kitchen department and ensure that all processes run efficiently and reliably. You will ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards (IfSG, HACCP, ArbSchG). You will carry out quality controls (storage, rotation, presentation, temperature measurements) and carefully document the results. You will monitor the use of equipment and materials and ensure that they are in perfect condition. You will actively work on process improvements and support company-wide initiatives. You will document performance indicators, carry out visual checks, and provide feedback to the Area Manager. You will prioritize tasks in day-to-day business and support your team in keeping track of things, even in dynamic situations. You will participate in accident and incident management and ensure that occupational safety regulations are complied with. You will act as a contact person for Production Associates and pass on information clearly and reliably. You have.. You have completed training or have relevant professional experience in food production, catering, or a similar field. You have a good knowledge of food hygiene and cold chain management and are highly quality-conscious. You work in a structured and detail-oriented manner and have a good understanding of organization and logistics. You are confident in using IT systems (e.g., MSKU, Redzone) and GSuite. You are solution-oriented, flexible, and can keep track of multiple tasks. You feel comfortable in different kitchen environments—whether hot, cool, or cold.
