This individual is comfortable leading and training others and assists the chefs with everything from opening and closing the kitchen to inventory and receiving. Responsibilities

The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the opening and closing of the kitchen and manages kitchen team members, including their scheduling and training. They also monitor food quality, safety, and inventory needs.
