Ensuring all orders are prepared and served correctly and in a timely manner
Ordering and maintaining stock levels & stock rotation
Supervising shifts with Kitchen Team Members and ensuring all orders go out in a timely fashion and all health & safety procedures are being adhered to
Provide excellent customer service
Helping to train new members of staff
Frying & Preparing NUGS and other menu items
Preparing food items ahead of opening hours
Keeping Kitchen area tidy and clean
Changing oils and maintaining fryers & other equipment.
