A Bakery Supervisor is a leader and a role model for the bakery team. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and willing to work in a team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional baking or pastry experience (1-3 years).
• Professional kitchen management experience (1-3 years).
• Culinary/baking education (preferable).
• Strong sense of urgency.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Multitasking.
• Ability to work in a fast-pace environment and under stress.
• Attention to details and ability to focus.
• Ability to work independently and with other team members.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb.
• Ability to work on a hot environment; ability to walk, stand and bend for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekend, holidays, early mornings, afternoons and evenings.

  Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
