Requirements 2+ years’ experience as a trainer/lead and/or a supervisor for all stations. Makes minimal mistakes and can solve problems in the moment. Required to work full-time. Must have Open Availability. Has extensive knowledge of all Stations- Salad, Sandwich, Wood-Fire Pizza, Casserole Models the way and ensures food quality is met by all team members Able to communicate verbally, Empathetically, and in an articulate manner.
