Job Details Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Description General Statement of Duties: Perform a variety of routine food service duties. Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing and assembling ingredients from pre-planned menu using various kitchen gadgets and cooking methods - stovetop, grilltop, baking. Provide meals to the residents, staff and visitors to campus. Ability to follow all sanitation procedures. Wash, clean and care for kitchen equipment and utensils. Maintain and direct orderly and sanitary conditions of freezers, refrigerators, storerooms, and kitchen. Receive new stock and store in appropriate areas. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Qualifications: Experience working in a commercial kitchen with commercial equipment. Must be 18 years of age and a high school graduate, or equivalent. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Ability to pass drug screen and background. Working conditions/Physical requirements: May be exposed to heat/cold temperatures in kitchen/storage areas. Ability to lift, push, pull, move equipment, supplies in excess of fifty (50) pounds. Have physical condition and stamina.
