· Lead the kitchen team to consistently prepare and present food to high standards.
· Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
· Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health, and safety standards.
· Assist with stock checks, deliveries, and managing food waste.
· Take responsibility for food quality, presentation, and speed of service.
· Train, support, and motivate team members to help them grow and succeed.
· Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service and great communication.
