JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to oversee our culinary operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen staff, ensuring food safety standards are met, and maintaining high-quality food production. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for culinary excellence, contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role within a restaurant or culinary setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices.
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to cook a variety of dishes.
  • Previous experience in bartending is advantageous but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for culinary arts and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
