Our roots are in Street Food building the business through trade a festivals and events. We opened our first restaurant in Birmingham back in 2022. Known for our crispy fried chicken and relaxed, independent atmosphere, we pride ourselves on serving quality food with a small but passionate team. As we expand, we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join us and be a part of our journey.
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and creative chef to support the kitchen team . Your role will cover all kitchen operations, from food preparation and service to stock control and menu development. The ideal candidate is a passionate foodie and a positive team player, committed to serving the best fried chicken in Birmingham.
The role requires 35-45 hours each week, spread over 4-5 day.
Restaurant opening hours;
Wednesday: 5:30-10.30pm
Thursday: 5:30-10.30pm
Friday: 5pm-11pm
Saturday: 12-11pm
Sunday: 12-9pm

Duties:

  • Develop exciting new menu items and specials to keep our offerings fresh and appealing.
  • Food preparation and cooking activities to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Maintain portion sizes, presentation, and taste consistency for all dishes.
  • Manage stock levels.
  • Ensure a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations in all kitchen operations.
