REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, with a focus on culinary or restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Experience in meal preparation and cooking techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for catering and providing excellent service to customers.

• Assist in meal preparation and cooking according to established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in the catering process for events, ensuring timely delivery and presentation of meals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
• Support the team in serving meals efficiently during busy service periods.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
• Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and reporting any shortages.
