We’re now looking for enthusiastic and hardworking Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic back-of-house crew.

As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our food quality and kitchen operations are consistently high. Duties include:

• Food Preparation:
• Prepping fresh ingredients to brand standards (chopping, portioning, marinating).
• Assisting chefs with mise en place to ensure smooth service.
• Cooking Duties:
• Operating the pan and fryer stations safely and efficiently.
• Cooking menu items to order following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Kitchen Porter (KP) Duties:
• Washing and storing kitchen utensils, pans, and crockery.
• Keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and well-organised.
• Food Safety & Compliance:
• Conducting and recording temperature checks for storage, cooking, and service.
• Following food hygiene, allergen, and cross-contamination procedures.
• Cleaning & Maintenance:
• Regular deep cleaning of kitchen areas, equipment, and work surfaces.
• Disposing of waste correctly and maintaining cleanliness throughout shifts.
