We are looking for a passionate, hardworking individual, with an eye for detail, to join our kitchen team at Yolo Ponteland team.

You will be expected to:
· Independently run effective kitchen shifts
· Have knowledge of food and hygiene standards
· Work well un-supervised
· Have great communication skills
· Excellent organisation and planning skills
· Have a strong willingness to learn
· Have excellent personal hygiene standards
· Prepare food items in a sanitary and timely manner
· The ability to follow recipes and presentations specifications
· Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
· Maintain a clean environment and work stations whilst adhering to health and safety standards
· Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and its equipment
· Restock items needed thought the shift
· Record food and equipment temperatures
· Order produce when necessary

SUMMARY

· Full time, permanent or part-time
· £11.65 hourly rate with company discount across Danielli group venues (Yolo townhouse, The Muddler, The duke of wellington)
· 35-40 per week – full time
· 10-30 per week - part time
· Yolo Ponteland, 9 Bell Villas, NE20 9BD, Northumberland
· Morning shifts 10:00am – 16:00
· Afternoon shifts 15:00 – 19:30
· All day shift (mainly Saturday) 10:00 – 19:30
(Our kitchen is open from 10:00 – 19:00 Mon-Sat and 10:00 – 17:00 Sundays)
· 1 year of previous kitchen experience (preferred) and 18 or over to be considered.
Prior training is preferred however not mandatory as online and on the job training will be provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
