Burger Boyz Swansea are looking for a kitchen team member to join our dynamic and growing team. Our ideal candidates are outgoing, motivated, and hard-working.
This position is for full-time work, 5 days a week, totalling to around 40 hours a week, with the option to pick up extra shifts/hours if needed.
Burger Boyz Swansea is situated at Albert Hall, Craddock Street.
Pay rate will range from £7.55-£12.21 per hour based on candidates age, with a pay review after 6 months/probationary period.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare appropriate recipes and ensure that all required supplies are available when needed.
  • Ensure that all required preparation, delivery, set-up, service and close-down responsibilities are efficiently executed.
  • Perform various inventory, delivery and quality control tasks, consistently monitoring kitchen operations and cleanliness .
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.

Requirements

  • Ability to bring an energetic, confident and calm presence to the kitchen team.
  • Previous experience in the kitchen is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and quality control procedures.
  • Pride in the quality of work and food provided.
  • Able to meet all scheduling commitments
  • Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
