Responsibilities
  • Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as per recipes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during all aspects of food preparation and handling.
  • Support the head chef and kitchen staff in catering events and special functions as required.
  • Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and reporting any shortages or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
