Description FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act): Non-Exempt Reporting Structure: Team Leader Position Description: As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and clean workplace while delivering quality food and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers Maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs Manage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines Ensures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team Adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards Support opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas Follow safety and security standards diligently Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management Cross-training responsibilities: Managing the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner. Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional. Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times. Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as needed Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines Cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales Escalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.
