WHAT’S THE ROLE?

We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Team Member to join team in our team in Gresham Street.

The role of a Kitchen Team Member is to ensure we have everything available to make our instagrammable sandwiches! You will work with the Kitchen Manager to ensure foods are prepared in line with company standards and specifications and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. This will include but is not limited to:

• Preparing: Proteins, Vegetables, Sauces and other ingredients in line with company specifications
• Maintaining the highest level of food hygiene throughout the kitchen
• Cleaning and completing basic maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Following allergens and cross contamination guidelines
• Monitor stock levels, rotate, organise and notify the Kitchen Manager of low levels
• Assist with deliveries and moving stock (heavy lifting could be involved)
• Work with your team to ensure all preparation is completed and ready for service

You will have experience in a busy, high volume kitchen and be used to supporting multiple operations. To be successful in this role you will need:
