Key Requirements (The "Must-Haves") To maintain our high standards and late-night fun, all candidates must meet the following: Age: Must be 18 years of age or older. Weekend Warrior: Must be able to work every weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Late Nights: Ability to work until closing, whether that is 11:00 PM or 1:00 AM. Holidays: Full availability to work all major holidays without issue. Professionalism: We have a zero-tolerance policy for drama. You must be able to stay busy, follow directions, keep your station clean, and be a great team player. Duties and Responsibilities Prep & Execution: Set up the kitchen and prepare food in an appealing, consistent manner. Quality Control: Strictly follow recipes and maintain proper food storage, rotation (FIFO), and handling. Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless workspace and participate in deep-cleaning and closing procedures. Communication: Work seamlessly with the kitchen team and management to get the job done. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume kitchen. Certifications: ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification **preferred, not required** Technical Skill: Advanced knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
