Job Description As a Kitchen Technician, you will be responsible for assisting in the maintenance, repair, and installation of various equipment and systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, perform basic repairs, and follow safety protocols.Job Duties and Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and systems. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues. Perform basic repairs and adjustments on machinery. Order and maintain inventory of necessary parts and supplies. Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times. Assist in the installation of new equipment. Document and report any issues or malfunctions. Conduct tests and inspections to ensure equipment is operating properly. Provide support to other technicians as needed. Use various hand and power tools to complete tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Respond to emergency calls and provide prompt assistance. Keep accurate records of all work performed. Continuously update knowledge and skills through training and workshops. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.
