Responsible to: Associate Head/Head of Department of Hospitality Tourism & Events Management
Campus: Belfast

Responsibilities

The role of the Food and Beverage Kitchen Technician is to provide support to staff and students within the Food and Beverage Operations to ensure the achievement of students’ learning outcomes. They will also provide food and beverage services for the restaurant, functions and events out with the classroom situation.
