Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Kitchen Trainee (Internship) to join our team for 2026 in Perdika, Thesprotia Assist in the preparation and cooking of food under the supervision of senior chefs. Support with mise en place and daily kitchen tasks. Ensure workstations, utensils, and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well organized. Follow hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries according to procedures. Shadow chefs to learn techniques and professional kitchen practices. Contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and efficient working environment. Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors. Currently studying or recently graduated from Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or related field. Passion for cooking and eagerness to develop culinary skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
