As a Kitter, you will be responsible for checking quality of modified materials, as well as rejoining painted parts and upgrades with original components on carts to be staged in Assembly and Packaging areas. Accurately retrieve and organize parts and materials with original components. Inventory and store remaining parts. Communicate with supervisors and team members about kitting needs, potential issues, and production bottlenecks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Other warehouse duties as needed. Responsibilities Conduct pre-kitting quality checks on components, verify part numbers, quantities, and item condition. Accurately retrieve and organize parts and materials with original components. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Other warehouse duties as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent work experience. Punctuality and reliability are a must. Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Regularly lift up to 49 lbs. Stand and walk, as well as push, pull, squat, bend and reach frequently during the shift. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other apparatus to move items around the facility. Follow written and verbal instructions. Safety shoes are required.
Responsibilities
The Kitter is responsible for conducting quality checks on modified materials and organizing parts for assembly. This includes communicating with team members about kitting needs and maintaining a clean work environment.
