Brand Management Sales Division Print Management Sales Division Engagement Sales Division Job Description Responsibilities: Assist with creation of custom Kitting projects. Kit creation involves building kits based on information provided in an assigned kitting ticket. Ticket information includes elements such as: Products going into the kit. Packaging instruction with elements that are included. Quantity of kits Dates/Deadlines for each kit to ship. Ability to follow detailed directions. Ability to partner with other kitting team members in a professional manner. Ability to multi-task and potentially work on multiple kits at that same time. Ability to lift packages that are up to 40lbs. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School diploma or general education degree. Prior kitting experience a plus. Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus. Skills/Competencies: Ability to speak and understand the English language. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner. Ability to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
