Company Description Compensation: $49,000-$54,000 annually. This is an Exempt position. Each division has dedicated Account Managers focused on just their product/service within their division enabling us to bring the highest service level combined with the most experienced product knowledge in that vertical. Brand Management Sales Division Print Management Sales Division Engagement Sales Division Job Description This role is the primary contact for internal kitting projects, requested by our sales team on behalf of BIG’s existing clients. This often includes the combining of several products, typically 1-3, into a singular giftable kit that will be shipped to end users by following detailed instructions provided by the sales team in a Kitting Ticket. Responsibilities: Utilize Spiceworks Kitting Ticket system to execute kitting projects as directed in the ticket. Stage and organize provided products and build kits as assigned by the instructions within the system generated Kitting Ticket. Review all kit elements to ensure there are no blemishes or defects. Ability to manage time studies to ensure tickets are created and shipped by the timelines in the ticket. Ability to work on multiple tickets at one time if necessary. Teach/Mentor kitting associates on expectations related to each project so that they are executed upon and completed to the high standards expected by BIG. Take time to actively review work of others and coach any areas of improvement needed. Primary contact with questions connected to the Kitting Tickets to ensure project excellence. Responsible for creating the “sample” kit and bringing it to the ticket submitter for approval prior to final mass production of the project. Sample will be the reference for the team to follow. Leads by example and provides a teamwork atmosphere where excellence can be obtained. Proactively looking for ways to improve the overall kitting process. Ability to manage minor system tasks within the Spiceworks ticket system. Ensure the Kitting area is well maintained and cleaned regularly. Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude. Qualifications Education and Experience: High School diploma or general education degree. Prior kitting experience a plus. Prior customer service-related communication experience a plus. Skills/Competencies: Ability to speak and understand the English language. Excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to be a creative thinker, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate with BIG team members whose project you are assigned in a professional and positive manner. Ability to maintain a safe work environment. Ability to stand, lift, bend, for at least 8 hours of a day.
