JOB DESCRIPTION:

Kitting Operative – Days 7am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Day shift - £12.25 p/h initial rate, plus up to 20% attendance / overtime bonus each month = £14.70 p/h achievable in first full month.

The job role:

• Learning and becoming proficient in all aspects of kitting assembly, as a key part of our chassis fabrication process.
• Working within a high-quality production factory environment.
• Developing product knowledge and hands on skills.
• Organisation and general maintenance of the department.
• Workload planning.
• Leading by example and helping the business grow.
• Performing quality checks and filling in documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Being able to work in a physically demanding environment.
• A hardworking and determined attitude. Flexible approach to work
• Good level of spoken English.
