QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities

  • Quality Control & Verification:
  • Verify that all parts are accurately labeled and free from defects or damage before kitting.
  • Inspect parts for scratches, dents, or imperfections, and flag defective items for rework.
  • Labeling & Documentation:
  • Label all parts clearly with part numbers and job details to ensure easy identification during finishing.
  • Update inventory and production records to reflect parts pulled and staged.
  • Assembly & Staging for Finishing:
  • Organize parts for easy access by the finishing team, ensuring that items are grouped by style, finish, or production batch.
  • Prepare and organize parts for spray booth or other finishing processes, ensuring that all parts are properly staged and labeled.
  • Material Handling:
  • Safely transport cabinet parts to and from storage areas, ensuring no damage occurs during handling.
  • Ensure that all materials are stored according to company policies to maintain optimal inventory and cleanliness.
