Introduction Our client operates in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector and is seeking a detail-oriented individual to support warehouse and production operations. Role Description As a Kitting Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling production kits by preparing and organizing materials in line with batch requirements. This includes stock checks, picking components, and maintaining accurate records. The role also involves general warehouse duties and occasional forklift operation. Responsibilities Review batch schedules and prepare required materials Pick and assemble components into production-ready kits Maintain stock accuracy and follow rotation procedures Support warehouse operations and cleanliness Operate forklifts (Reach and Counter Balance) as needed Adhere to safety and quality protocols Profile Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English Valid Reach and Counter Balance forklift licenses Experience in warehouse or production environments preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items Proficient in English for workplace communication Employment Conditions Region: UK Salary: £12.65 per hour Working hours: 37.5 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:00 Contract: Temporary (approx. 4.1 months), with potential for extension or permanent hire
