Jouw Rol in een Notendop In deze functie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor vragen op het gebied van gezondheidszorg en farmacie. Je behandelt binnenkomende verzoeken via telefoon en e-mail. Het is jouw taak om de aard van elke transactie te analyseren, klantbehoeften vast te stellen op basis van eerdere dossiers en passende oplossingen te bieden volgens de vastgestelde richtlijnen. Wat ga je doen? * Klantgericht Handelen: Het identificeren van klantbehoeften door eerdere transacties en casussen te analyseren. * Communicatiebeheer: Het uitvoeren van routine inbound en outbound activiteiten volgens standaardscripts en vastgestelde richtlijnen. * Gegevensbeheer: Alle noodzakelijke informatie van de klant verzamelen om de database accuraat bij te werken. * Probleemoplossing: Typische problemen binnen jouw werkgebied zelfstandig herkennen en oplossen met behulp van bestaande procedures. * Escalatie: Indien nodig zaken opschalen naar hogere niveaus en het bedrijfsbeleid helder uitleggen aan klanten. Wat wij zoeken * Taalvaardigheid: Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Turks (moedertaalniveau) en hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels (C2). * Ervaring: Een medisch diploma is niet vereist, maar ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een groot voordeel. * Vaardigheden: Je kunt goed overweg met operationele processen en het organiseren van gegevens. * Zelfstandigheid: Je kunt je eigen werklast beheren en werkt goed binnen standaardprocedures. * Thuiswerkplek: Je beschikt over een rustige werkomgeving en een stabiele internetverbinding. Werktijden * Maandag t/m vrijdag: 09:00 - 18:00 (Europese tijd). * Weekend: Lekker vrij! (Zaterdag en zondag vrij).
