Email Marketing Specialist (Freelance)
Employment Type: Freelance (Part-Time, Onsite)
Location: Culver City, CA (Tues/Wed/Thurs)
Hours: 15–25 hours per week, 2-month engagement
Compensation: $38/hr (w2, paid weekly!)
About the Role
A growing consumer brand is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join on a part-time freelance basis. This role will work closely with the CRM lead to manage and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns—helping to connect with the community and drive engagement through thoughtful, data-driven email marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, build, and deploy CRM/email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo
Segment audiences for targeted communications and optimized engagement
Create and update email templates (HTML skills a plus, not required)
Automate trigger campaigns and manage campaign scheduling
Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times
Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics
Collaborate with the team on creative assets (Figma experience is a plus)
