Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Email Implementation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing high-performing campaigns for premier DTC brands inside Klaviyo. From technical setup and personalization to data-driven optimization, you’ll ensure every email delivers measurable results and aligns seamlessly with client goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Implement Email Strategy: Collaborate with Account Managers to develop and execute strategies that align with client goals — including segmentation, campaign scheduling, and A/B testing for performance optimization.
-Analyze Data: Regularly review Klaviyo metrics and Shopify data to identify trends, evaluate campaign performance, and recommend improvements.
-Be the Go-To Resource: Act as the technical point of contact for Account Managers — provide strategic advice, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
-Personalization: Use Klaviyo dynamic variables and blocks to create highly targeted content tailored to different customer segments.
-API Integrations: Set up and customize Klaviyo API integrations for clients requiring advanced workflows and data management.
-Email Development: Convert Figma designs into responsive, functional templates within Klaviyo, ensuring design accuracy and brand consistency.
-Dynamic Logic: Implement if/else conditional statements to adapt email content dynamically based on customer data and behavior.
