We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong ability to analyse data effectively. This role requires a proactive individual who can engage with clients and provide exceptional service, while also being able to upsell products or services when appropriate. Multilingual candidates, particularly those who are bilingual in English and Spanish, are highly encouraged to apply.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
  • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are advantageous.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
