Requirements Previous customer service experience is preferred Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness and/or wellness. Ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service. Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge. Strong verbal & written communication skills with proficiency in English. Able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift Comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity High energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic Must obtain a Food Handler's Card and complete all required training and certifications within 2 weeks of hire date Hours vary Monday – Sunday, days, evenings, and weekends.
