Description Location: Monticello, Illinois Shift: Evening shift Schedule: PRN as needed 4:30pm and 5:30pm classes Job Summary: Reports to the Director of Health and Fitness and is responsible for coaching multiple classes per week at KMC Active such as CrossFit and KMC30. The Coach, under the direction of the KMC Active Manager, will be an integral part in the success of the gym whose duties and responsibilities will grow and evolve as our business and needs do. Benefits: Quality/Goal incentive annually Free Wellness Program Requirements Regulatory Requirements: Minimum of a CrossFit Level 1 coach within first year of actively coaching classes. Experience in coaching fitness related programs preferred. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Responsibilities
The KMC Active Coach is responsible for coaching multiple classes per week at KMC Active, including CrossFit and KMC30. The Coach will play an integral role in the success of the gym under the direction of the KMC Active Manager.
