Description Location: Monticello, Illinois Shift: Afternoon shift Schedule: Part- time 18 hours per week/1:00pm-7:00pm MWF Job Summary: Reports to the Director of Therapy Services and is responsible for coaching multiple KMC Move classes per day. The Coach, under the direction of the Director of Therapy Services, will be an integral part in the success of the gym whose duties and responsibilities will grow and evolve as our business and needs do. Primary Functions: Day-to-day operations to include: Opening and/or closing gym according to pre-set guidelines Light cleaning and organizing Maintaining equipment/inventory Ability to coach all KMC Move classes. Answer inquiries from website, phone calls. Be an ambassador for the department at all times. Benefits: 18 hours of PTO effective date of hire Quality/Goal incentive annually Free Wellness Program Requirements Regulatory Requirements: CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Skills: Basic computer knowledge. Basic knowledge of physical medicine, anatomy and physiology. Responsibilities
The KMC Move Coach is responsible for coaching multiple KMC Move classes per day and managing day-to-day operations of the gym. This includes opening and closing the gym, maintaining equipment, and serving as an ambassador for the department.
