Position Overview: FIMCO Industries is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Knock-Out Laborer to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for removing parts from laser-cut metal sheets using a rubber mallet, accurately counting and sorting materials, and supporting production operations with flexibility and precision. Key Responsibilities: * Use a Rubber Mallet to knock out metal parts from laser-cut sheets without damaging components. * Accurately count, sort, and organize parts according to job specifications. * Inspect parts for defects or inconsistencies. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow all safety protocols and procedures. * Stand for extended periods during shift hours. * Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. * Work in varying environmental conditions, including hot and cold temperatures. * Assist in other departments or tasks as assigned based on production needs. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. * Willingness to adapt to changing workloads and cross-train in other departments. * Physical ability to meet the demands of the job, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
