We believe that human progress is invaluable, but it should be done in the right way - responsibly, sustainably and having a positive impact on the communities we operate in.   We are seeking a Knowledge and Change Enablement Analyst to join our Technical Delivery team in Vancouver, BC. This role is the knowledge and governance backbone of IREN’s HPC infrastructure delivery and IOC operations who will own end-to-end lifecycle of SOPs, runbooks and change enablement support across the organization to ensure every delivery and operational activity is documented, pre-approved and audit ready as well as seeing to the knowledge base structure and maintenance of the repository.    Working directly under the Sr. Manager, Technical Delivery sitting at the intersection of knowledge management and change enablement. The Knowledge & Change Enablement Analyst ensures that IREN’s SOP library is current and CAB-ratified, the Knowledge base is maintained and reviewed which will be available to both delivery and operations teams. They will also champion the Change Enablement framework is consistently applied across all of IOC activities supporting IREN’s ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance posture at every stage.   * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or equivalent hands-on professional experience; ITIL v4 Foundation certification * 3–5 years of experience in a knowledge management, change management, IT governance, or ITSM role within a technology, data center, cloud, or infrastructure environment * Demonstrated experience authoring, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs, runbooks, or technical procedures in a production or mission-critical environment * Hands-on experience with change management frameworks and processes including change classification, CAB participation, evidence capture, and pre-approval workflows; ITIL Foundation certification preferred * Awareness of ISO 27001 and/or SOC 2 control frameworks as they relate to change management, configuration management, and records retention * Hands-on experience enabling change within ITSM platforms, JIRA preferred; ServiceNow or equivalent * Familiarity with Confluence for documentation authoring and version control * Strong structured writing skills with demonstrated ability to translate complex technical processes into clear, executable, audit-ready documentation * Experience coordinating review and approval workflows across multiple stakeholders including technical reviewers, approvers, and governance bodies such as a CAB * Understanding of service transition principles ensuring knowledge assets are complete and operationally ready at go-live * Comfortable working cross-functionally with delivery, operations, engineering, and service management teams to gather information, validate procedures, and drive documentation to completion * Strong attention to detail and organizational discipline to manage multiple SOPs, coordinate reviews/audits, and ratification items concurrently without losing track of status or deadlines * Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic delivery environment where priorities can shift with hardware arrivals, site readiness, or engineering dependencies * Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders Other important requirements * This role operates in a fast-paced delivery environment where SOP and change readiness directly impacts the ability to progress deployment gates and execute Standard Changes where responsiveness and follow-through are critical * Maintain the IREN SOP Register requiring every SOP is accurately recorded with ID, applicable contexts, risk level, ratification date, owner, and next review date; flagging overdue reviews and SOPs requiring re-ratification * Support the CAB ratification pipeline by preparing SOP submissions for CAB review at the appropriate depth (Low, Medium, or High risk), tracking ratification status, and updating Confluence SOP approval records upon completion * Assist teams with authoring and maintaining runbooks and knowledge base articles to support delivery and operational activities - confirming documentation is executable, technically accurate, and available to both delivery and operations teams at handoff * Support change enablement practices across the IOC ensuring correct change classification (Standard, Normal, or Emergency), validating that evidence requirements are understood and met, and maintaining the Standard Change catalogue as the SOP library matures * Coordinate periodic SOP reviews by scheduling and tracking annual reviews and event-triggered reviews (system changes, failed executions, compliance updates), ensuring SOPs are re-ratified before Ratified status is restored * Support service transition confirming that all SOPs, runbooks, and knowledge base articles required for operations are complete, CAB-ratified, and handed off at go-live with no outstanding documentation gaps * Adhere to documentation standards and audit readiness by ensuring all SOP records, CAB ratification evidence, review histories, and change records meet ISO 27001 and SOC 2 retention and traceability requirements * Contribute continuous improvement of the knowledge and change enablement framework by identifying gaps in the SOP library, improving documentation templates, and streamlining review and ratification workflows to reduce time-to-Standard-Change At IREN, we offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package designed to support your health, well-being, and long-term success.
