JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Knowledge Architect to help design, implement, and manage our knowledge management systems and content strategies. The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of hands-on Zendesk experience and a strong background in knowledge architecture, taxonomy design, and content organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve information access, enhance user experience, and ensure our systems are optimized for efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-7+ years of experience working with Zendesk (Guide, Knowledge Base, or equivalent) — required
  • Strong background in knowledge management, taxonomy design, and information architecture
  • Experience integrating APIs and content management tools
  • Familiarity with content analytics, user research, and usability testing
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS
  • Familiarity with GraphQL, RDF, OWL, or SPARQL for semantic data modeling
  • Understanding of machine learning applications in knowledge management
