What You'll Own Design and lead the company's knowledge management and learning systems Build scalable onboarding programs, playbooks, SOPs, and learning pathways Capture expertise from leaders and subject matter experts before it's lost Create knowledge systems that make information easy to find, understand, and apply Improve how teams learn, collaborate, and share best practices Use AI and modern learning tools to make knowledge creation and access faster and more effective Help leaders build a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence Requirements What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has built learning systems—not just training materials. You may be a great fit if you've: Designed onboarding, knowledge management, or organizational learning programs Built playbooks, SOPs, documentation, or learning resources used across multiple teams Worked closely with business leaders to capture and organize institutional knowledge Improved employee performance through better learning experiences and knowledge sharing Led learning, instructional design, knowledge management, or organizational development initiatives Bonus Points If You Have Experience With Learning Management Systems (LMS) Knowledge base platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, or Notion AI-assisted content creation and knowledge management tools Instructional design, curriculum development, or adult learning principles Fast-growing or multi-location organizations You'll Thrive Here If You...
