Key Responsibilities: Develop, organize, and maintain the company’s internal and external knowledge base, ensuring content is accurate, consistent, and up to date. Collaborate with product, support, and training teams to identify knowledge gaps and prioritize content creation. Write, edit, and format clear and user-friendly documentation, FAQs, and help articles. Implement and follow content governance standards, including style guides and taxonomy structures. Analyze user feedback and knowledge base metrics to continuously improve content quality and accessibility. Ensure alignment between the knowledge base and other tools Train team members on knowledge base best practices and content management tools. Proven experience with content development. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian Strong attention to detail, structure, and consistency in content organization. Familiarity with SEO principles and analytics tools to optimize content discoverability. Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Basic understanding of UX writing and information architecture principles.
