Description

SUMMARY:

The Knowledge Insights Manager will extend the value of our institutional knowledge by connecting marketers with the insights and intelligence they need to make informed strategic decisions. This role combines marketing expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking with a strong market research and marketing analytics background to drive smarter decisions and outcomes that shape AT&T’s marketing program. To be successful, the Knowledge Insights Manager will have a deep understanding of the insights and intelligence housed in the knowledge management solution, as well as how the greater marketing community engages with this knowledge management program.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a keen awareness of what is housed in the central repository of marketing insights and intelligence.
  • Responsibilities include knowing the repository’s contents, measuring the program’s success, and presenting key findings to the knowledge management team and its marketing executive sponsors.
  • It is imperative that this person has excellent analytical, writing, and storytelling skills, and that they be comfortable communicating at all levels of the organization.
  • This position will report directly to the AVP of Knowledge Management and collaborate with the KM team and Marketers across AT&T.
  • Help the organization make sense of how different pieces of research relate to each other and bring that to life through novel engagement tactics and established communication vehicles.
  • Oversee key measurement and feedback activities for the program including running and analyzing program surveys and program usage metrics in PowerBI.
  • Advocate for end users with quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic program initiatives like taxonomy, feature prioritization, process improvement, and opportunities for generative AI.
  • Enable a knowledge sharing culture by facilitating monthly meetings with knowledge management champions.
  • Partner well across a range of marketing disciplines, skill sets, and seniority levels.
  • Must have or quickly develop a thorough understanding of AT&T’s business strategies, models and key products, and the ability to advise on both B2B and B2C workstreams.
