Responsibilities

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT TO US

The Knowledge Leader is a strategic role responsible for curating and maintaining the firm’s operational knowledge base, enhancing process transparency, and improving training and onboarding within the Investment Operations function. You will work closely with the Operations Teams to build and embed best practices, ensuring consistency, clarity, and control across all investment operations processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge management framework for Investment Operations.
  • Own and continuously update process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational policies.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure operational knowledge is accurately captured and disseminated.
  • Lead and plan training programs for the Operations teams.
  • Support operational readiness for new products, systems, and regulatory changes.
  • Drive documentation for business continuity, operational resilience, and audit preparedness.
  • Partner with change and transformation teams to ensure smooth transition and knowledge transfer during projects.
  • Ensure all knowledge assets are version-controlled, well-organized, and easily accessible.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and adoption of knowledge assets and training materials.
