Description
Description We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before. With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration. The CRO Enablement group seeks a Knowledge Management Lead to define and scale knowledge delivery for global revenue teams. You'll design and implement frameworks, governance models, and AI-powered systems, enabling Sales to access consistent, reliable, and actionable information. This strategic individual contributor role focuses on building infrastructure that connects people, data, and expertise across the CRO organization, ideal for someone who thrives on designing systems and enabling scale. About The Role Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy for the CRO organization, aligning it with sales effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational excellence. Establish and maintain governance frameworks, style guidelines, and taxonomy standards to ensure consistency and clarity across all knowledge assets. Design and optimize AI-powered knowledge solutions (e.g., chatbots, virtual assistants) that improve discoverability and support sales productivity. Partner with cross-functional teams, including Enablement, Operations, Product, and IT, to integrate KM practices into existing systems and workflows. Lead knowledge operations projects such as tool selection, configuration, lifecycle management, and automation to enhance usability and adoption. Define and measure key metrics (content accuracy, adoption, search performance, AI engagement) and iterate based on insights and user feedback. Requirements 5+ years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or revenue enablement, supporting sales teams. Proven expertise in developing and scaling knowledge management frameworks. Hands-on experience with AI-driven knowledge platforms — such as chatbots or intelligent searches. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects independently, managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, global environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Experience in SaaS environments preferred. Social Title None Social Description None Our Team None Position Type None
