  • Develop KM Strategy and Governance: Design and implement a comprehensive KM framework, including governance structures, ownership models, and knowledge architecture.
  • Shape and embed change : Drive adoption of the KM framework through stakeholder engagement, training, and cultural change initiatives.
  • Optimise Knowledge Processes: Create efficient workflows for knowledge creation, validation, and improvement, integrating feedback channels and measurement systems.
  • Evaluate and Implement Technology: Assess and recommend technology solutions to support the KM framework and enhance service delivery.
