About the Role
Are you passionate about driving impactful knowledge solutions that empower teams and improve business outcomes?
We are currently seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to join our Business Change and Improvement team within the Medical Indemnity insurance division. This pivotal role supports the delivery of knowledge management strategies and systems to ensure that content across Medical Indemnity is consistent, accurate, accessible, and aligned with our governance framework.
Working alongside our Knowledge Manager, you will contribute to both day-to-day operational needs and strategic, project-based initiatives that enhance knowledge-sharing practices across the division.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management principles within financial services or other regulated industry preferred
  • Experience working with knowledge platforms such as Livepro preferred (or similar )
  • Proven ability to lead, own, and deliver knowledge-based initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across multiple teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to drive performance through metrics
  • A passion for continuous improvement and embedding knowledge into workflows

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Knowledge Manager to deliver the Medical Indemnity Knowledge Management Plan
  • Support and maintain the division’s Knowledge Management governance framework
  • Act as the SME and content steward for Livepro (or similar knowledge platforms)
  • Monitor and drive engagement with knowledge systems through metrics and reporting
  • Partner with business units to promote a culture of shared knowledge and continuous improvement
  • Assist in the onboarding of new teams by identifying needs, facilitating training, and ensuring smooth implementation
  • Contribute to AI-enabled knowledge experiments and support ongoing governance
  • Lead and own various knowledge initiatives that support member-centric outcomes
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders including Training, Quality Assurance, Technology, and Risk
