The Global People Operations team drives transformational employee experiences through innovative technology and strategic knowledge systems. Within People Ops, our HR Technology team operates as a strategic innovation hub, leveraging AI, advanced analytics, and cutting-edge content strategy to reshape how our organization learns, adapts, and scales. We're looking for a super experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to help us build and roll out new AI-powered knowledge systems. You'll be a go-to person for our Knowledge Management Program, totally changing how our HR teams retrieve, understand, and use company knowledge with things like predictive analytics, machine learning, and smart insights. We need someone who can lead the charge in moving us from outdated knowledge management to intelligent systems that anticipate organizational needs and enable proactive decision-making. Responsibilities Create and implement AI-driven systems for finding and recommending knowledge, helping to uncover key insights across HR domains Carry out strategic knowledge checks using predictive analytics to spot where we're missing information Develop knowledge strategies based on different and changing scenarios to get the organization ready for new HR trends, policy changes, and shifts in business models Lead innovative projects with multiple teams to bring together knowledge management with data, AI tools, and our content management systems Help create smart content systems that use natural language processing to automate content creation, tagging, and optimization Work with engineering to build AI-powered content personalization and dynamic knowledge delivery Help design and test conversational AI for HR knowledge and employee self-service Develop new content formats like AI-generated learning paths and predictive knowledge recommendations Spearhead strategic initiatives, shifting knowledge management from reactive to predictive through trend analysis and forecasting Collaborate with strategic planning teams to align knowledge systems with long-term organizational goals and evolving business needs Develop change management strategies for AI adoption across HR teams, including training programs and deliverables Research knowledge management innovations in big tech, implementing cutting-edge practices and emerging technologies Develop strategic roadmaps for knowledge system evolution, incorporating emerging technologies like generative AI, voice interfaces, and augmented reality Lead complex projects with multiple teams across AI, system integrations, and organizational changes Work with product managers and other teams to create new knowledge experiences that users will love Use agile methods to quickly build and test new knowledge solutions Define what makes AI-powered knowledge projects successful, using data and business results to show their impact Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience Certification in knowledge management, AI/ML applications, and/or strategic planning methodologies 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic program management Proven track record of leading innovation projects involving AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics in enterprise environments Demonstrated experience with AI-powered content management systems, natural language processing tools, or intelligent automation platforms Proven strategic thinking with experience in scenario planning, trend analysis, and future-focused program design Advanced communication skills with proven experience in translating complex AI concepts for different audiences and drive organizational change Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and product teams in time-sensitive technology environments Proficiency in agile project management methodologies and experience managing ambiguous, evolving initiatives Master's degree in Information Science, AI/ML, Strategic Management, or related field Experience implementing generative AI solutions, conversational interfaces, or predictive analytics in HR or enterprise environments Experience with emerging technologies including voice interfaces, AR/VR learning platforms, or advanced data visualization tools Track record of successful vendor partnerships for AI technology implementation and strategic consulting Experience leading globally distributed teams in innovation and technology adoption Working understanding of big tech operational models, scaling challenges, and strategic planning processes Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible AI implementation in HR contexts strategic program management in HR technology, AI implementation, or organizational development
