POSITION SUMMARY

Technical Systems Integration (TSI) seeks a Mid-Level Knowledge Management/Graphic Design specialist to support the Naval Surface and Mine Warfighting Development Center (SMWDC) Surface Warfare Technical Division (SWTD) in Dahlgren, VA. This role combines information management expertise with graphic design capabilities to support SWTD’s analytical and technical mission areas. The successful candidate will manage web-based collaboration platforms, create professional graphics and briefing materials, and ensure information accessibility and standardization across all SWTD lines of effort.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3+ years of recent Navy SharePoint and Collaboration At-Sea (CAS) experience
• Demonstrated experience with web content management and digital information systems

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Recent proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (database management and entry)
• Experience with graphics arts applications and digital design tools
• Knowledge of Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) and classified network operations
• Understanding of web page development and maintenance procedures

DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE:

• Understanding of surface warfare operations and technical terminology
• Knowledge of Navy tactical publications and documentation standards
• Familiarity with Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and NMCI requirements

COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS

• Security Clearance: SECRET (current and active)
• Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required
• Background Check: NCIS background check required
• Travel Requirements: Minimal travel up to 10% for coordination and training
