A bit about your role
This role is responsible for embedding knowledge management practices across the organisation in close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The focus is on ensuring that systems, content, and processes are intuitive, inclusive, and aligned with strategic objectives.
The position plays a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement—streamlining workflows, enhancing content usability, and improving the employee experience. It also involves leading the development of frameworks and tools that support effective knowledge sharing, while fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.
Through this work, the role contributes to building a more connected, informed, and empowered workforce that is well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of customers and communities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and collaborative leader with a strong understanding of how effective knowledge sharing can enhance organisational performance. They bring experience in implementing knowledge systems and leading complex programs, with the ability to navigate both technical and human challenges.
Known for clear and empathetic communication, they are skilled at translating complex concepts into practical, user-focused solutions. Proficiency with platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence or Panviva supports their ability to align content with user needs and business goals. Their inclusive and people-centred approach fosters trust and drives meaningful, sustainable outcomes.
